1. Parties

These terms apply between Vector Quartz Consulting (sole proprietor: Thabo Molefe, “18,Church Street, 0002 Pretoria, South Africa”) and you when you engage our programming consulting services.

2. Services

We provide technical assessments, advisory sessions, and scoped implementation engagements related to application performance optimisation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined only in a written statement of work agreed after your inquiry—not on this marketing site.

3. Website use

Content here is general information, not binding advice. Do not submit confidential production credentials via the public form; we will arrange secure channels during scoping.

4. Fees and payment

Payment terms appear in each statement of work. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within fourteen days in South African rand (ZAR).

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your systems and data. Deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed as stated in the statement of work; pre-existing tools and methods remain ours.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited (including gross negligence or fraud).

7. Consumer Protection Act

Where you qualify as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, your statutory rights apply. Paid consulting engagements may also be subject to our Refund policy.

8. Governing law

South African law governs these terms. Disputes should first be raised with us at info@vector-quartz.digital.
