• Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone number, and your message.
• Cookie preference: a value stored locally in your browser when you accept or reject the cookie banner (see Cookies).

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.

3. Purposes and lawful bases (POPIA)

We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare quotations, and perform pre-contract steps at your initiative (POPIA section 11(1)(b) — processing necessary to conclude a contract). Cookie preference storage is based on your choice when interacting with the banner.

4. Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence, unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute resolution. You may ask us to delete outdated records earlier where POPIA section 14 applies.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed on our email and hosting providers under confidentiality obligations solely to deliver responses you requested.

6. Cross-border transfers

If you contact us from outside South Africa, your message may be stored on infrastructure located in South Africa or jurisdictions our host uses. We apply reasonable safeguards consistent with POPIA section 72 where transfers occur.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information (POPIA sections 23–25), and object to processing where applicable. Contact the Information Officer above. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).

8. Security

We use TLS for this site and restrict access to inquiry data to personnel who need it to respond.

Material updates to this notice will be posted on this page with a revised date.
